Position: Resident Relations Coordinator / Bilingual - Spanish

Gates Hudson is seeking a Resident Relations Coordinator to support residents through our resident resource program. This role serves as a key point of contact for residents, community partners, and internal teams by providing information, coordination, and administrative support related to community assistance programs and resident services.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and experienced in resident-facing or administrative roles within property management or community services.

What You'll Do Resident Support & Resource Coordination
  • Address resident concerns and assess resident needs
  • Provide information and referrals to community assistance, clinical, and social service programs
  • Assist in developing and tracking individualized support plans
  • Provide case management support for ongoing resident issues
Communication & Relationship Management
  • Handle incoming calls from residents, owners, vendors, and community advocates
  • Participate in resident meetings and group sessions to share information and gather feedback
  • Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication
Administration & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, program usage, and documentation
  • Manage data entry and documentation using Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, and property management systems
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and notes
  • Maintain current program documents, processes, and procedures
Surveys & Program Support
  • Assist with resident surveys, compile results, and help recommend enhancements
  • Support continuous improvement of resident resource programs
Additional Responsibilities
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as needed
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required
What We're Looking For Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in property management, community outreach, or a related administrative role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred
  • Experience coordinating community resources or social service programs
  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Background in resident services, case management, or community engagement
