As an Administrative Officer (Director), you will:

Oversee Fiscal Service facilities management, lease management, real property leasing, space assignment and utilization, building repair and alterations, building and grounds maintenance, and concessions programs that enable staff to meet their mission requirements.

Oversee safety, occupational health, wellness, employee assistance, Workers' Compensation, energy conservation, and environmental management programs that support employees' well-being at home as well as work while providing that support at the lowest possible cost over time.

Oversee graphics, printing, and forms management to establish a paperless environment when feasible and practical.

Oversee mail management and mail processing to ensure correspondence is received and delivered efficiently and cost effectively.

Oversee expendable and non-expendable property management to ensure that Fiscal Service assets are accounted for, secured, and disposed of properly when no longer needed.
