Sbf-Search, LLC seeks an experienced Senior Estimator to lead cost estimation for UPB-based task orders under IDIQ contracts and for non-UPB projects as needed. You will guide preconstruction efforts, mentor junior estimators, and coordinate with project teams on large, complex federal projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Responsibilities include developing detailed cost estimates, reviewing documents for accuracy, and managing bid processes with subcontractors, vendors, and owners.
