Help
Applies a knowledge of civil, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering principles, techniques and practices to perform professional work involving the preparation and/or review of engineering designs including plans, specifications, cost estimates, and other technical phases of projects.
Serves as technical advisor and consultant on various engineering (i.e., civil, mechanical and electrical, etc.) matters and other aspects of projects.
Conducts site investigations to determine constructability and stakeholder requirements of proposed projects.
Coordinates with DPW personnel and facility managers to establish an Annual Work Plan (AWP) to execute the annual Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) Funding provided by IMCOM.
Coordinates with facility managers, work receptionists, subject matter experts, and maintenance personnel to facilitate submission, acceptance, and execution of facility service orders and infrastructure projects.
Prepares Adhoc reports for status of projects and service orders on an as needed basis using automated information management systems such as the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
