Job Description # IT Data Analyst
* Pull, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python.
* Support forecasting, trend analysis, and financial reporting efforts.
* Build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau with a willingness to learn Power BI.
* Interpret data and provide insights to stakeholders across finance and operations.
* Work with existing data structures and collaborate with team members.
* Assist with modeling tasks such as forecasting and statistical analysis as needed.
* Exposure to healthcare or claims data.
* Experience with forecasting or statistical modeling.
* Experience working in finance, operations, or regulated industries.
* Ability to learn new data systems and structures quickly.
* Hybrid schedule:
Wednesday is required onsite, plus one flexible onsite day.
