Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Executive Support IT Field Technician to provide highly technical, responsive, and concierge-level IT support to senior executives and business leaders across our U.S. entities.
This role serves as a critical bridge between IT and executive business partners, ensuring technical requests, incidents, meetings, events, and technology initiatives are handled quickly and professionally. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical troubleshooting skills with exceptional communication, discretion, judgment, and customer service.
The Executive Support IT Field Technician will support senior executives both onsite and while traveling, provide technology support for executive meetings and events, coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the executive technology experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide immediate, high-touch onsite IT support to senior executives, executive leadership, and business partners across multiple U.S. locations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, connectivity, meeting-room, and other business IT issues.
- Serve as a primary liaison between executive users, IT teams, service owners, vendors, and third-party partners to drive technical issues through resolution.
- Propose and implement technology solutions based on executive needs, business requirements, and functionality.
- Provide concierge-level technology support for executive meetings, presentations, offsite meetings, sponsored events, and other high-visibility business activities.
- Support traveling senior executives visiting the U.S. and ensure a seamless technology experience throughout their visit.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with IT stakeholders to develop and implement solutions for issues impacting executive users.
- Partner with vendors, programmers, service owners, and other IT teams on new technologies, enhancements, and executive-specific solutions.
- Travel to multiple locations to provide direct support to geographically dispersed executives, including occasional support at executive residences and for Board Members.
- Identify opportunities for new systems, technology enhancements, and process improvements that improve IT operations and the executive user experience.
- Analyze incident and platform trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
