- Ability to learn HASTUS to provide ongoing support to Digital Modernization (DM) and the Bus and Rail Scheduling Operations teams.
- Strong understanding of the technical subject matter and relevant technologies.
- Attend Train-the-Trainer course for Phase 2 Rail +MVP Bus Daily OPS & Bidding.
- Prepare training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online resources such as CBT’s.
- Assess the effectiveness of the HASTUS training programs through evaluations feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.
- Work with subject matter experts, DM teams, and HR/ Payroll to ensure alignment with organizational goals and identify training needs.
- Ability to identify and resolve training-related issues.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
