This position plays crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within assigned premises throughout the day. They are responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and safety are maintained at all times. ALL POSITIONS ARE LOCATED IN PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY MARYLAND.

NO NEED TO APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE COMMERCIAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE!!!

Part-Time (4:30 pm - 8:30 pm) (5:00 pm - 9:00 pm) (6:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets regularly.
• Sanitize restrooms every two hours and restock supplies.
• Clean glass surfaces, dust, and wipe down desks, tables, and countertops.
• Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
• Sanitize water coolers and perform minor maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing door handles.
• Ensure proper cleaning and upkeep of all flooring types, including carpet, tile, and hardwood.
• Spot clean spills and stains as needed.
• Assist with deep floor cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing or polishing.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
• Monitor and restock cleaning products and supplies, keeping inventory records and notifying the supervisor when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client and occupant requests.
• Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact during daily interactions.
• Maintain the cleanliness of building entrances, including glass doors and handles.
• Keep outdoor areas, such as sidewalks and entryways, free from debris, litter, and hazards.
• Remove trash and debris from outdoor waste receptacles and surrounding areas.
• Regularly inspect outdoor spaces to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

NOTE: Floor Care Expertise:
Proficiency in floor care tasks, including stripping, waxing, and burnishing, is required.

Personal Transportation is needed to access our secured locations.

• Minimum 5 years of proven, active experience required needed to apply.
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Must be able to pass a FBI background check

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Certifications in cleaning or related field a plus. The position may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
