LPN Licensed Practical Nurse (Direct Care)
Full & Part Time Options Available:
All Shifts.
PRN/Per Diem NOT Currently Accepted.
1+ yr of Long Term Care Experience as an LPN Required.
We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.

- Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
- Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
- Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status, track changes & analyze data
- Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens, etc.
- Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care
- Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
- Family & Resident
Education:
Explain health status, changes and expectations for care - Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
- Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNAs ensuring quality care/teamwork
- Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
- Professional & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities
