RN Supervisor Weekends (Registered Nurse)
We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.
- Part Time: 7pm-7am Every Other Weekend
- Pay Negotiable

- REQUIRED:
Prior Long Term Care Experience

- Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status.
- Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educates & leads staff.
- Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy.

Education:
Explains health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and directs care skills with intervention as needed.
- Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse.
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
- Excels in leadership and clinical competency.
