• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs, and respond to emergencies or changes in status.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance for accuracy.

  Education:
  
  Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed.

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse.
• Passes background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Excels in leadership and clinical competency.
