Retail Sales Associate Part Time

Join the store team as a Retail Sales Associate delivering WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right automotive parts and solutions, maintaining well-stocked inventory, and supporting smooth store operations. The role combines customer assistance, sales recommendations, basic diagnostic support, and physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and delivering merchandise. • Customer assistance and communication: engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership and teamwork: collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales and metrics mindedness: recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory management and store operations: restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point-of-sale procedures and loss prevention policies to ensure proper financial management.
• Process orientation and safety compliance: utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Product knowledge: stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto. Zone systems.
• Diagnostics support: use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
• Physical work: lift, load, and deliver merchandise as required.
