What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter, documenting observations and reporting conditions that may require attention.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or public partners as needed.
• Control access to restricted areas by verifying authorization, monitoring entry and exit points, and checking credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Complete detailed written reports and activity logs, including patrol findings, incident details, and follow-up actions, and communicate key information during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Have CPR and/or First Aid preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  
  Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
