About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Diesel Technician / Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain medium- and heavy-duty trucks and commercial fleet vehicles in a shop environment. This position is ideal for a skilled diesel tech who takes pride in quality workmanship, efficiency, and teamwork.
As a Diesel Technician, you will perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, engine repairs, after-treatment service, brake work, suspension repairs, and electrical troubleshooting. If you’re looking for competitive pay, career advancement, and long-term stability, we want to meet you.

Diagnose and repair medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks (Class 5–8)
Perform preventative maintenance (PM services) on commercial vehicles
Complete engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs
Troubleshoot trucks and buses
Use diagnostic software and OEM service platforms
Accurately document repairs and inspections using digital work order systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
2+ years experience as a diesel technician, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic (preferred)
Experience working on medium- and heavy-duty trucks (Class 5–8)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred
ASE, OEM, or industry certifications preferred
