About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Diesel Technician / Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain medium- and heavy-duty trucks and commercial fleet vehicles in a shop environment. This position is ideal for a skilled diesel tech who takes pride in quality workmanship, efficiency, and teamwork.

• Diagnose and repair medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks (Class 5–8)

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM services) on commercial vehicles

• Complete engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs

• Troubleshoot trucks and buses

• Use diagnostic software and OEM service platforms

• Accurately document repairs and inspections using digital work order systems

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals

• 2+ years experience as a diesel technician, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic (preferred)

• Experience working on medium- and heavy-duty trucks (Class 5–8)

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred

• ASE, OEM, or industry certifications preferred
