The Role

Aim Transportation Solutions, a family-owned company with over 40 years of industry experience and more than 1,000 employees nationwide, is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic specializing in reefer technology. • As a Reefer Tech, you'll take ownership of critical maintenance and repair tasks that keep our fleet running smoothly.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance services on reefer units, using advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve equipment issues, and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.
• You'll work both independently and collaboratively, depending on project needs.

• You'll bring strong diesel diagnostic experience to the table, with hands-on expertise using Carrier and Thermo King systems.
• You should be comfortable working independently while also being a reliable team player.
• You must own your own tools and toolbox.

This position offers $34.00 to $37.00 per hour, based on your experience level.

You'll work Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
