Recovery Support Case Worker – Community Developer I/IIGrade A18-A21 in the Behavioral Health Services Division.
The position is a full‑time professional role providing case management and skill‑building services to adolescents participating in the Recovery Clubhouse program. Work is performed under the general supervision of a high‑level supervisor. Performance is evaluated on quality, timeliness, and production.

The department protects and supports public health through services ranging from restaurant inspections to care coordination.
Examples of Work- Facilitates life skills and skill‑building groups.
- Attends and provides transportation to Clubhouse field trips.
- Provides program transportation by picking up and dropping off participants.
- Documents all client encounters accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participates in program outreach activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree with major coursework in business, public administration, social service, sociology, psychology, or related fields.
- Relevant work experience coordinating group activities, preferably with disadvantaged individuals.
- Valid Class C driver’s license.
Any equivalent combination of relevant training, education, and experience may also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications- Bi‑lingual in Spanish and English.
- Experience documenting peer‑style data in EPIC medical records system.
- Six or more years of recovery‑related services to at‑risk youth.
- Familiarity with local resources, treatment centers, and providers in Prince George’s County, MD.
- Familiarity with county government policies and procedures.
