Thanks so much! - Judy Mindbank Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support a federal public health program. The successful candidate will develop and maintain modern web applications using .NET, React, SQL/Postgre

SQL, and AWS technologies while working as part of an Agile team. This is a direct hire role; our client offers stellar benefits. Salary is up to $115K/year and is based on each candidate’s professional experience and skills. Candidates MUST reside within reasonable driving distance of one of these locations.
This position is remote following required in-person badging and equipment issuance at a government facility in Atlanta, GA;
Hyattsville, MD;
Pittsburgh, PA;
Morgantown, WV;
Cincinnati, OH; or Fort Collins, CO.

This Full Stack Developer position resolves complex problems by delivering complete end-to-end solutions within a fast, agile environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong appetite for learning and the skills required to take software and systems from initial vision through production readiness. Working with modern architectural approaches, tools, and technologies, the successful candidate will help shape systems and solutions that align with current operating environments while accommodating future functionality and enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Foster open communication with stakeholders including product managers, executives, and customers, providing regular updates on project status and milestones and addressing any concerns.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Type Script, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Partner with backend developers, architects, and Dev Ops engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components using technologies like C#, .NET, and SQL/Postgre

SQL.
• Utilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Sec Ops  best practices to maintain code quality, ensure secure deployments, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance while recommending design and architectural improvements.
• Support application development and deployment within AWS and other cloud environments, leveraging cloud-native tools for scalability and reliability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to solution design discussions, and apply emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team efficiency and delivery.

REQUIRED:

• U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents only

• Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
