Load packages onto hand trucks and unload at each stop on the assigned route in the order designated by the Transportation Department Manager;
Operate in a cross-dock model, picking up a loaded truck from a nightly delivery at the loading dock and returning the empty truck to the lot;
May assist with loading trucks, palletizing product, and performing other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager;
Unload product from trailer using a hand cart or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas;
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and comply with DOT regulations and Sysco policies
