About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Billing Specialist to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role will support billing and invoicing operations for our US clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across various client-specific systems and VMS platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with internal teams and US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Submit invoices through client-specific systems, including VMS platforms (e.g., Shift Wise, Fieldglass, etc.)
- Prepare and process invoices as per contractual terms within Salesforce or similar systems
- Verify bill rates, overtime rules, and assignment details to ensure billing accuracy
- Handle invoicing discrepancies, dispute resolution, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate billing records for audit readiness and internal reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, payroll, finance, operations) to ensure data consistency
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding billing queries, adjustments, and clarifications

Required

Skills & Qualifications

- Associate degree or higher preferred (High School Diploma required)
- Prior experience in US staffing billing, VMS invoicing, or related operations preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working in US night shift hours
