Overview:
Charter Global is seeking a talented Motion Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating motion graphics and animations that elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Collaborating closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams, you will produce visually stunning video content and visual effects that engage audiences and reinforce brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Software Proficiency:  Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) proficiently to develop visually compelling motion graphics and animations.
3D Motion Design:  Create and integrate 3D motion graphics using tools like Cinema 4D or Blender, enhancing content depth and visual appeal.
Brand Alignment:  Ensure all visual assets align with our brand identity, values, and voice, maintaining consistency across digital media.
Motion Design Expertise:  Apply digital design principles and motion graphic techniques to meet diverse project requirements, while staying abreast of current design trends.

Requirements:

Experience:

2–3 years in motion design, animation, and concept creation, with a strong grasp of layout and aesthetic principles.

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

Experience with 3D motion design tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.
Ability to execute creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and messaging.
Strong attention to detail, delivering high-quality visual content with precision.
