You'll collaborate with strategists, creative directors, content writers, and videographers to produce content that performs across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, and paid advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital campaigns.
Create engaging Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, Meta Ads, Linked In videos, and brand films.
Develop strong visual storytelling with excellent pacing and audience retention.
Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and music.
Perform professional color correction and basic color grading.
Optimize videos for each platform's format and algorithm.
Collaborate during pre-production by suggesting creative shot ideas and editing approaches.
Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery.
Handle multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Mentor junior editors and maintain editing standards across the creative team.
Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques, AI editing tools, and viral content formats.

What We're Looking For 4+ years of professional video editing experience.
Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing reels, advertisements, brand films, and social media campaigns.
Excellent understanding of hooks, retention editing, and storytelling.
Ability to work under deadlines without compromising quality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
High attention to detail.
Self-driven, creative, and proactive.
Bonus Skills Experience in directing shoots.
Knowledge of cinematography.
Experience with drone footage.
Thumbnail design.
2D animation.
AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, etc.).
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and performance creatives.
