What You'll Do
Lead the design and execution of high-quality creative assets across digital, social, campaigns, presentations, and brand experiences
Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts
Develop creative concepts, visual systems, layouts, and design directions from ideation through final production
Partner closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Marketing, Brand, Content, and cross-functional teams
Ensure creative work is aligned with brand guidelines while pushing the visual language forward
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and design quality
Present and communicate creative concepts effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Contribute to a culture of creative excellence, experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
7–9+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, brand design, or a related creative discipline
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, typography, composition, layout, and storytelling
Experience developing creative for integrated campaigns and multiple channels
Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and design systems
Ability to take an ambiguous brief and turn it into a clear, compelling creative solution
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate with senior creative stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Advanced proficiency with industry-standard creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) ; experience with Figma and/or motion tools is a plus

Experience with sports, lifestyle, consumer, technology, or culture-driven brands
Motion design, video, or digital experience
