· Hare Krishna Heritage Tower
Hyderabad | Full-time | On-site
About the Role
We're looking for a versatile, creatively sharp Graphic Designer to join the Marketing & Communications team at Hare Krishna Movement Charitable Foundation (HKMCF). You'll be designing across three distinct verticals — HKMCF's charitable programmes (Anna Canteen, Indiramma Canteen, Government Schools Breakfast Scheme), the Basil Woods School Network, and Hare Krishna Heritage Tower (HKHT) — so range and adaptability matter more than a single polished style.
What You'll Work On
Branding and campaign collateral for HKMCF's charitable initiatives (posters, standees, vehicle branding, event mementos)
School-facing design for Basil Woods (admissions collateral, signage, banners, website assets)
Institutional and event design for HKHT (posters, invites, signage)
Social media creatives, newsletters, and reports for partner organisations
Occasional support on presentation decks, infographics, and print-ready tender materials
Working closely with the video/content team to keep visual language consistent across verticals
What We're Looking For
4–5 years of hands-on design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
A portfolio that shows range — you can shift tone between a corporate CSR report and a warm, community-facing canteen campaign
Comfort working on tight timelines with multiple stakeholders and quick turnarounds
Bonus: exposure to print production, signage/vehicle branding specs, or NGO/education sector design
Good to Have
Working knowledge of AI design/creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to speed up ideation and production
Comfort with Canva for quick-turnaround social and internal collateral
Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Cap Cut)
Exposure to Figma or similar tools for web/UI-related design assets
Why This Role
Work spans meaningful, visible public-facing projects — government partnerships, large-scale feeding programmes, school communications
Direct mentorship from the Head of Marketing & Communications
Small, close-knit creative team with room to grow into a lead design role as the function scales
