Envertiz Consultancy is hiring a Branch Head – Media & Advertising for one of our reputed partners in India. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving business growth, managing regional operations, and leading high-performing teams across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana within the media and advertising sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Lead and oversee end-to-end branch operations for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets
- Align branch objectives with overall organizational goals

Ad Sales & Business Development:

- Drive revenue across cinema advertising (on-screen & off-screen), mall activations, and corporate park advertising
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and implement innovative ad sales strategies

P&L Management:

- Own and manage the branch Profit & Loss
- Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and ensure sustainable profitability

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and mentor sales and operations teams
- Create a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and collaboration

Market Insights & Reporting:

- Track market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic updates to senior management

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA in Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 12–15 years of experience in cinema advertising, media sales, mall activations, or corporate advertising
- Strong expertise in ad sales, revenue growth, and P&L management
- Proven people leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Strong understanding of the regional market in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Preferred Background:

- Experience in Radio FM, Broadcast Media, or Cinema Advertising industries
