Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing a team, driving business growth, and ensuring targets are met. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer and partner relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. They will also monitor daily activities, provide training and mentorship to the team, and ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the branch.

Qualifications
Experience in team management, leadership, and building a collaborative work environment.
Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze financial data, monitor branch performance, and implement strategies to meet targets.
Proficiency in administrative tasks including compliance, reporting, and coordinating branch operations.
