Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role located in Hyderabad under Bower LEAD, will be responsible for end-to-end execution, delivery excellence, faculty coordination, student experience, and ecosystem engagement across the Venture Building and Venture Capital & Private Equity programs.
Role Responsibilities
• Academic Delivery & Calendar Execution – Ensure 100% session execution, maintain session readiness, minimize disruptions, and ensure attendance accuracy.
• Faculty & Mentor Management – Coordinate scheduling, ensure timely honorariums, maintain structured feedback, and expand the mentor ecosystem.
• Student Experience & Cohort Management – Maintain NPS ≥90, ensure
• Founder’s Office Residency & Startup Engagement – Achieve 100% residency mapping, collect structured startup feedback, ensure weekly progress tracking.
• Events & Ecosystem Execution – Execute all events without critical operational failures, maintain budget adherence within ±5%.
• Reporting & Governance – Maintain weekly reporting discipline, ensure dashboard accuracy, escalate risks within 48 hours.
• Program Innovation & Strategic Support – Support new program launches and contribute to curriculum refinement and ecosystem expansion.
Ideal candidate for the role
• 3–6 years’ experience in program management / operations / startup ecosystem
• Experience in business schools / accelerators preferred
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable managing founders, investors, and executive learners
• High ownership mind-set with structured execution ability
