Project Planning & Execution
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Optimize resource allocation, forecasting, and utilization tracking
Drive demand management and track business opportunities
Manage project assignments and extensions
Ensure adherence to delivery, cost, and quality benchmarks
Project Estimation & Delivery
Prepare project cost estimates, timelines, and effort calculations
Review and validate business cases for feasibility and accuracy
Support delivery teams with financial planning and controls
Project Monitoring & Reporting
Track project financials, schedules, and risks
Publish real-time dashboards and management reports for leadership insights
Provide actionable insights to support decision-making
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with clients, vendors, leadership, and internal teams
Maintain clear and effective communication for seamless execution and alignment
Strategic Services & Internal Initiatives
Support strategic programs, process improvements, and internal PMO initiatives
Contribute to standardization and best practices across projects
Desired Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in PMO / Finance / Project Governance roles
Strong understanding of project financials, estimation, and forecasting
Experience with dashboards, MIS reporting, and leadership communication
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
