Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and strategic Sales Head to lead our Admissions and Tele-calling operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions growth, managing and mentoring the tele-calling team, optimizing conversion processes, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets.

This role requires strong leadership skills, data-driven decision-making ability, and a proven track record in handling high-performance sales teams preferably within the education or EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the Admissions & Tele-calling team.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize lead conversion.

* Monitor daily calling performance, follow-ups, and admissions funnel metrics.

* Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and closing skills.

* Track and analyze sales data, conversion ratios, and campaign performance.

* Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and response time.

* Handle escalated parent/student counselling cases when required.

* Ensure proper CRM usage and maintain accurate admissions records.

Required Skills &

Competencies:

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.

* Experience in handling tele-calling or inside sales teams.

* Strong analytical and performance monitoring skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

* Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, or MS Excel.
