Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Engagement Manager who can build strong relationships with global clients while ensuring seamless project delivery. This role plays a critical part in managing client engagements, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful outcomes aligned with client objectives. The ideal candidate will have begun their career in the IT industry in a technical or developer role, progressed into project coordination, and eventually moved into project management, gaining hands-on experience in managing end-to-end project delivery.
The role requires close collaboration with leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high client satisfaction, operational excellence, and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned client accounts, including India and global clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as an internal advocate to ensure client requirements and expectations are effectively represented across internal teams.
Develop a strong understanding of client business objectives, technology landscape, and industry dynamics to ensure meaningful engagement and delivery alignment.
Maintain regular communication with clients through structured updates.

Project Management & Delivery Oversight
Manage end-to-end project engagements, including project initiation, planning, coordination, delivery oversight, and successful closure.
Work closely with project managers, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Prepare project estimates and collaborate on drafting Scope of Work (SoW) documents where required.
Track project progress, manage client expectations, and ensure clear communication between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational priorities.
Operational Excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement strong quality assurance practices to ensure project deliverables meet required standards and client expectations.
Identify potential project risks early and implement risk management and mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery timelines and outcomes.
Act as an escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution while maintaining strong client confidence.
Requirements
An MBA Degree is mandatory.
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing client engagements and project delivery.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the IT industry.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management, including project planning, coordination, execution, delivery oversight, and client communication.
Experience working with both domestic and international clients; candidates should be able to highlight the countries and clients they have supported.
Experience managing large-scale or multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to industries such as Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals will be an added advantage.
Experience in Quality Assurance and Risk Management within project delivery environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage complex client conversations when required.
