* Role Overview:
* We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
* Business Development Manager
* to monitor and support the performance of branches located across different cities. The role involves ensuring that all academic programs, marketing initiatives, and operational plans designed by the management are executed effectively at the branch level. The Business Development Manager will work closely with Branch Heads, provide strategic guidance, and take necessary steps to improve branch performance. This position directly reports to the
* CEO*.

* Key Responsibilities:

* * Monitor the performance and operational activities of branches across multiple cities from the Hyderabad office.

* Ensure that planned academic programs, marketing activities, and institutional initiatives are implemented effectively in all branches.

* Coordinate regularly with Branch Heads to review progress, resolve challenges, and improve operational efficiency.

* Track branch performance metrics such as admissions, student engagement, and program execution.

* Identify gaps in implementation and recommend corrective actions to improve branch performance.

* Support branches in planning and executing growth strategies to increase admissions and brand presence.

* Maintain regular reporting and updates to the CEO regarding branch performance and operational status.

* Ensure that company policies, standards, and quality benchmarks are followed consistently across all branches.

* Assist branches in solving operational issues and improving productivity.

* Provide insights and suggestions to management for strengthening branch development and expansion.

* Required Skills:

* * Strong coordination and communication skills.

* Ability to monitor multiple locations and manage operations remotely.

* Analytical mindset to track performance and identify improvement areas.

* Leadership and problem-solving ability.

* Good knowledge of branch operations and educational program execution.

* Eligibility Criteria:
* * Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).

* Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business development, or branch management roles.

* Experience in Education / EdTech sector will be an advantage.
