At  Anokhi Enterprises Pvt Ltd , we are strengthening our sales leadership team and looking for a high-performing  Team Leader  who can lead from the front, drive team performance, and accelerate closures across our premium residential portfolio in Hyderabad.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who brings strong real estate experience, leadership capability, and the ability to turn opportunities into consistent business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of Relationship Managers

• Drive site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures with strong ownership

• Improve conversion ratios and overall team productivity

• Ensure pipeline discipline, execution quality, and revenue focus

• Coach the team to perform with confidence, consistency, and intent

• Work closely with leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in real estate sales

• Team handling and target management ability

• Strong customer engagement and closure skills

• High ownership, discipline, and leadership mindset

• Immediate availability or short notice period preference
