Strong exposure to bulk + lateral hiring
Ability to close positions fast in a high-pressure environment
Excellent stakeholder management & negotiation skills
Someone who can own the hiring numbers end-to-end
Drive end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT & leadership roles
Work closely with business leaders on manpower planning
Source aggressively via portals, referrals, Linked In & networking
Screen, interview, negotiate & close offers independently
Ensure speed + quality hiring as per business targets
