Program Manager - CoBot Development

Role Description  This full-time, on-site Program Manager – CoBot Development role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on leading end-to-end collaborative robotics (CoBot) initiatives.
Program Manager oversees project planning, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination between engineering, operations, safety, and quality teams. Responsibilities include defining program goals, managing budgets and resources, tracking milestones, and ensuring that CoBot solutions meet performance, safety, and compliance requirements. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical roadmaps, monitoring implementation on the shop floor, and driving continuous improvement of CoBot workflows.

The Program Manager also prepares status reports, manages risks, supports change management, and contributes to strategic decisions on automation and robotics deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics engineering or related field

• 8+ years in robotics, automation, mechatronics or advanced machinery

• Proven experience managing complex engineering programs (creating tech road maps)

• Knowledge of international robotics and automation standards

• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
