Assurance Manager - FS

Position: Assurance Manager - FS ( 5-8 Years Exp)
Assurance Manager – CA ( Mumbai and Hyderabad )    

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage   multiple audit & assurance engagements   , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Plan audit objectives, develop audit strategy, and identify/manage key audit risks.
Review and analyze   financial statements, accounting records, and financial reports   for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain regular   client communication   , manage expectations, and ensure strong client relationships.
Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members and provide performance feedback.
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring adherence to professional and firm standards.
Requirements
CA / CPA qualified
5+ years   of progressive experience in   Audit & Assurance
Minimum  1 year of supervisory/team management experience
Strong experience working with   Financial Services clients   , particularly:
Broker Dealers
Private Equity / Venture Capital
Hedge Funds
Funds of Funds
Strong analytical, communication, client management, and team leadership skills.
