Inside Sales Specialist

About the role:

We’re looking for an  Inside Sales Executive  to join our Perk HRMS team and own the  full B2B sales cycle , with a strong focus on  lead generation, prospecting, and new customer acquisition .

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads  through cold calling, Linked In, email, networking and other channels
Prospect and identify potential B2B customers
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
Conduct  Perk HRMS product demos
Manage opportunities from initial contact through  negotiation and closure
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Build relationships with HR, Payroll and business decision-makers
Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales — mandatory
Experience in  lead generation and outbound prospecting
Good communication and sales skills
Confident in making cold calls and speaking with business decision-makers
Good presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of the  complete sales process
HR Tech / HRMS / Payroll sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
