TCS Hiring for TEM (Telephone Expense Management)

Key Responsibilities
Lead all TEM activities for enterprise telecom services including mobile, fixed line, Internet, and unified communications.
Review and validate monthly operator invoices to ensure billing accuracy, detect anomalies, and recover overcharges.
Manage telecom inventory including SIM cards, devices, cost centers, and user assignments across the organization.
Coordinate with telecom service providers to resolve disputes, billing errors, and service issues.
Prepare monthly/quarterly cost dashboards, variance analysis, and consumption trends for leadership.
Support procurement teams by providing usage insights, price benchmarking, and contract evaluation data.
Ensure compliance with telecom usage policies and support internal/external audit requirements.
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing rate plans, leveraging pooling strategies, and reducing unused resources.
Collaborate with IT service management teams to streamline provisioning, deactivation, and device lifecycle processes.
