Do you have a heart for caring for seniors and a passion for making a difference? Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living is a small, close-knit community in Hyrum, Utah, and we are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team.

With full support from Administration, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Activities, and Dietary, you can focus on what matters most: providing excellent care and building meaningful relationships with our residents.

Swing Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Part-time opportunities available with future possibilities of full time. Shift differentials offered for NOC and weekend shifts.

Caregivers assist with activities of daily living, provide compassionate and respectful care, observe and report changes to the RCC and nurse, and support residents' dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.

• A genuine love for the elderly and a compassionate,
• Always has a positive attitude
• Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have strong communication skills and excellent bedside manner
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in critical or high-pressure situations
• CNA or Med Tech experience preferred (but not required)
• CNA certification preferred-but ask us about earning your CNA while working here!
• CPR certification and Food Handler's Permit required (don't have to have upon hire but must be willing to obtain within 14 days if not already certified)
