JBS Foods - - Responsibilities:
Perform precision knife cuts to aid in pathology decisions and sanitary dressing assessment;
Maintain sharp knives and observe body/anatomy-related cues during sorting;
Operate in a high-paced harvest-floor environment with emphasis on food safety and quality;
Train/educate other workers as needed on sorting techniques and safety procedures;
Collaborate with various harvest-floor departments including USDA-FSIS Consumer Safety Inspectors
