We are an innovative, growing manufacturing and e-commerce company specializing in high-performance, technical sporting gear. As we establish our new operations in Utah, we are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Production & Fulfillment Assistant to join our team.
This is an entry-level, part-time position focused on the final assembly of our products and ensuring accurate, efficient order fulfillment. Because you will often manage your workflow independently, the ability to stay focused, work unsupervised, and maintain quality control is essential.
ResponsibilitiesFinish Assembly: Perform final assembly steps on technical gear and components, ensuring every product meets our strict quality and durability standards.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare domestic and international e-commerce orders for shipment.
Inventory & Materials Management: Assist in organizing raw materials, hardware, and finished stock to keep the production area efficient.
Quality Control: Inspect components and finished goods for consistency, identifying and flagging any defects.
Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized assembly and shipping station.
QualificationsSelf-Driven & Reliable: Outstanding ability to work unsupervised, stay on task, and manage your time effectively without constant oversight.
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for quality control; you care about the small details that make a premium product.
Dexterity & Hands-on Ability: Comfortable working with your hands, assembling small components, and using basic tools or machinery.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic, growing business environment where tasks may evolve.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift packages up to 40 lbs.
Prior experience in warehousing, kitting, light manufacturing, or assembly is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.
Additional InformationJob Type: Part-Time
Hours:15–25 hours per week with potential for growth.
Schedule: Flexible daytime hours, Monday–Friday
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage (commensurate with experience).
Location: Hyrum / Cache County, UT area
