Beef Modernization Sorters work in a high-paced environment and must understand Food Safety and Quality are their primary responsibility.;
Train/educate others on processes;
Work closely with harvest floor departments including USDA-FSIS Consumer Safety Inspectors;
Perform precision knife cuts to assess pathology, presentation or sanitary dressing deficiencies;
Excellent communication skills; detail oriented and disciplined
