JBS Foods is seeking a Beef Modernization / FSQA Sorter Supervisor to support the Technical Services Superintendent in achieving Food Safety and Quality Assurance objectives. You will lead the Sorter team, train personnel on bovine anatomy and contamination prevention, and drive continuous improvement in food safety systems.
The role requires knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and USDA regulatory requirements, with experience in beef processing.
