Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP) is seeking a Grants Accountant to support our Senior Services and Housing programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex financial information, takes pride in accuracy, and can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. Your work will help ensure that critical community programs remain financially sound, grant-compliant, and positioned to serve those who need them most.

Compensation

& Benefits

Salary: $49,000-$52,000 DOE

We're seeking a Grants Accountant who is:

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Three years of accounting, grant accounting, nonprofit accounting, or fund accounting experience preferred
  • Experience working with multiple funding sources, budgets, and reporting requirements is highly desirable
What You'll Do
  • Prepare and submit reimbursement requests and grant billings
  • Monitor program budgets and assist with budget revisions and amendments
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to funding agencies
  • Track expenditures and ensure compliance with grant requirements
  • Maintain accurate grant, contract, and property-related financial records
  • Review supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Support fiscal monitoring, contract compliance, and purchase order tracking
  • Assist with audits and maintain documentation that is consistently audit-ready
