Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support to various DOE- DOE-NE offices.
* Screen and direct incoming calls.
* Schedule appointments.
* Arrange meetings.
* Prepare required materials.
* Maintain departmental files.
* Prepare basic word processing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Ability to translate complex information into clear and concise language.
* Experience with style guides (e.g., GPO, Chicago Manual of Style).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing software.
