Administrative Secretary
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys helping others, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and client-focused with excellent communication skills. Schedule
- Full-time
- Typical hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
- Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
- Maintain and organize company records and files.
- Prepare and compose professional letters, correspondence, and emails.
- Scan, copy, file, and upload documents into client files.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist with maintaining the confidentiality and secure storage of protected information.
- Observe and document client random urine testing according to company policies and procedures.
- Process billing and perform basic administrative accounting tasks.
- Create a welcoming, respectful environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
- Assist individuals in accessing the services they need by providing compassionate and professional support.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or secretarial experience is helpful but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor.
- Must successfully pass an Enhanced Background Check.
- Must maintain a clean and sober lifestyle.
