About

the Role

As a Title Assistant I, you’ll be the backbone of our title operations—supporting the Title Officer and team with research, documentation, and customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the real estate or title industry.

What You’ll Do
  • Research property titles to verify ownership and identify encumbrances.
  • Review and analyze title documents such as deeds and liens.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate title documentation.
  • Organize and file records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks like data entry, scanning, and document review.
  • Provide excellent customer service to client.
  • Prepare title packages (profiles, policies and other title documents)
  • Recording tasks
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • A customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn.
