Administrative and Content Support Assistant
Part-time
AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Administrative and Content Support Assistant who can take ownership of recurring administrative, content, and operational tasks so the business owner can focus on high‑value work. This is a long‑term role for someone who learns quickly, communicates professionally, and enjoys supporting a growing digital‑focused business.
You will work directly with the business owner, receive training, and gradually take on more responsibility as you become familiar with our systems, tools, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities (Initial Focus: First 1–2 Months) Content Editing & Publishing- Edit weekly video content using tools like Cap Cut, Filmora, or similar.
- Create simple short‑form videos, quote graphics, and repurposed content.
- Use existing Canva templates to create social media visuals, PDFs, checklists, and simple resources.
- Upload approved videos, visuals, and related content into our private leadership community.
- Publish approved content across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and potentially Tik Tok using our scheduling tool.
- Maintain a consistent posting rhythm based on the content calendar.
- Organise content files and keep posting records up to date.
- Upload and format approved blog or website content.
- Organise digital files and maintain simple task trackers.
- Create and update basic SOPs/checklists after processes are demonstrated.
- Assist with simple online research, spreadsheets, and document formatting.
- Assist with uploading and organising training materials inside our online community.
- Support course content production (formatting, organising, preparing assets).
- Use AI video or audio tools on content we provide (training will be provided).
- Conduct prospect research and maintain lead lists.
- Update CRM records and assist with basic Linked In outreach using our tools.
- Perform simple lead and appointment follow‑ups using provided scripts.
- Support basic campaign and performance reporting.
- Maintain and update SOPs as workflows evolve.
- Help streamline recurring tasks and improve documentation.
- Good written English and professional communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems.
- Experience with:
- Canva (graphics, PDFs, templates)
- Basic video editing (Cap Cut, Filmora, or similar)
- Social media publishing tools
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Basic online research, spreadsheets, and document formatting
- Uploading/formatting blog or website content
- Experience with CRM or marketing platforms is helpful but not required.
- Trustworthy, consistent, and able to work independently once trained.
- Clear guidance, examples, templates, and step‑by‑step training.
