Job Summary

Assists DOE- managing the approval, funding, and closeout processes for Strategic Partnership Projects (SPP), Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA), and Agreements to Commercialize Technology (ACT). Coordinates responses, organizes and maintains files, and prepares relevant reports.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage approval, funding, and closeout processes for Strategic Partnership Projects (SPP)
  • Handle Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA)
  • Process Agreements to Commercialize Technology (ACT)
  • Coordinate responses and communications with stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain agreement files and documentation
  • Prepare relevant reports on agreement status and activities
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience in agreements or grants management
  • Equivalency:
    Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of federal agreements processes (e.g., SPP, CRADA, ACT)
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and agreements management systems (e.g., AMPS)
