Construction Field Technician

IMEG is seeking a Construction Field Technician to join our Construction Administration team. In this role, you will assist with construction projects from inception to completion, supporting project planning, scheduling, site inspections, and documentation. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance on a variety of projects.

This travel-based role requires flexibility and relocation. Construction Field Technicians usually work on projects for about 9 months before moving on to new assignments. We strive to keep projects regional; business needs may require relocation within the continental U.S.

• Assist with all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, implementation, and closeout
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives
• Develop and maintain project schedules; conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Support resolution of issues or conflicts during construction, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
