Job Description
We have an immediate opportunity for a Field Project Coordinator. This position supports telecom projects in the Bonneville County, Idaho area.
The Field Project Coordinator will report to the Management Team and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities- Manage daily field operations and production reporting
- Plan, monitor, and report project status and performance data to management team
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Communicate with customers’ utility partners, and internal team members
- Review and submit production and invoice documentation
- Conduct field walkouts and quality control inspections
- Assist with material tracking and project closeout activities
- Ensure that team goals, compliance, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy
- Require 80% travel to various job sites for job walks and inspections
- 1-3 years of experience supporting or managing large-scale projects and knowledge of construction and utility industry practices
- Proficient using MS Office Suite;
Vista desired - Must be able to travel to different job sites; extensive travel required
- Moderately complex problem‑solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma required
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Compensation based on experience.
