Landscape Construction Foreman — Idaho Falls & Surrounding Areas. Pay: DOE (Competitive Based on Experience). Full-Time | Year-Round Employment.

We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead residential and commercial projects in the Idaho Falls area. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will work alongside your crew while managing daily job site operations.

• Lead and manage a crew of 3–6 team members
• Work hands-on daily in landscape construction projects
• Read and interpret plans and layouts
• Oversee and perform installation of:
• Paver patios, walkways, and driveways
• Retaining walls
• Grading and drainage systems
• Irrigation systems
• Plantings and sod
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Communicate with project managers and clients
• Assist with snow operations during winter months

• 3+ years of landscape construction experience
• Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hardscape installation and grading
• Ability to read and build from plans
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and leadership mentality
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
